Quotations

Quotations are based on the garment types, quantities, logo sizes and stitch counts provided at the time of enquiry, and may be revised if those requirements change.

Artwork and digitisation

Artwork must be digitised into an embroidery file before production. You are responsible for confirming that you hold the rights to any logo or artwork supplied.

Approval

Where a sample or visual approval is provided, production proceeds on the basis of the approved design, placement and thread colours.

Customer-supplied garments

Garments supplied by customers are accepted subject to assessment. While every care is taken, we cannot accept liability for garments unsuitable for embroidery.

Delivery

Delivery dates are given in good faith and confirmed at the point of order. We will advise promptly of any change.

Returns

Personalised and embroidered goods are produced to order. Returns are accepted where goods are faulty or do not match the approved specification.
