Your design, prepared by the people who embroider it
Digitising turns your artwork into the stitch instructions our embroidery machines use. It determines how the design is built, from stitch direction and density to the order in which each colour is sewn.
We handle this work in house. That means you can speak directly to the team preparing and embroidering your design, and we can explain any changes we recommend before production begins.
1. Send us your design
Share your logo or artwork, along with the garment or product you have in mind. Let us know your preferred size and placement.
2. We prepare it for stitching
We review the detail and create an embroidery design suited to the material and finished size. If fine text or small details need adjusting, we’ll explain why.
3. You review the proof
We’ll show you the proposed design and confirm its size, placement and thread colours. You can raise any questions or request changes before approving it.
4. We test and produce it
Where needed, we stitch a sample to check how the design looks on fabric. Once the details are agreed, we can move ahead with your order.
No guesswork
You’ll know what we plan to embroider, where it will sit, and how it will look before we produce your order. If an element of your artwork won’t stitch clearly at the requested size, we’ll tell you and work through the options together.
